北京春节PM2.5平均浓度同比降16%   原标题:春节PM2.5平均浓度同比降16%   京华时报讯(记者王硕) 昨天,市环保局公布今年春节期间(2月7日除夕—2月13日初六)空气质量情况,与2015年春节期间同比,2016年春节期间空气质量总体有较明显改善,PM2.5平均浓度98微克 立方米,较2015年春节期间的117微克 立方米下降19微克,降幅达16%。   2016年春节期间,北京空气质量优良日为3天,超标日为4天,其中2天达到五级重度污染。中重度污染日从去年春节期间的5天减为今年春节期间的3天。   市环保局表示,2016年春节期间空气质量同比改善明显,主要原因是较为有利的污染扩散条件和烟花爆竹燃放影响下降的综合作用。在污染扩散条件方面,除2月11-12日出现低   气压、湿度大、逆温的不利扩散条件,其它时间本市主要受冷高压控制、偏北风,总体扩散条件较有利。在烟花爆竹燃放影响方面,据初步统计,2016年春节期间烟花爆竹销售量同比下降幅度约20%—30%,春节期间烟花爆竹燃放量明显下降,有效降低了烟花爆竹燃放对空气质量的不利影响。   2016年春节期间,初一、初四两日空气质量达到五级重度污染水平。初一的重污染主要是由于除夕夜间烟花爆竹集中燃放造成;初四的重污染主要是因低压、静风、逆温,污染扩散条件不利,造成污染物积累。   但由于春节期间整体的污染源排放强度降低,污染物积累速度明显减缓,两个重污染日的峰值浓度远低于近期的一般重污染日。   ■重点关注   除夕夜 PM2.5峰值浓度同比升69%   据市环保局介绍,2月7日(除夕),本市空气质量为2级,首要污染物为PM2.5,日均浓度为52微克 立方米。自除夕19时起,受烟花爆竹燃放影响,本市PM2.5浓度开始呈上升趋势;20时起,部分点位浓度达到100微克 立方米以上;23时,多数监测站点PM2.5小时浓度达到150微克 立方米左右;2月8日0时至1时,由于烟花爆竹集中燃放,全市PM2.5小时浓度明显跃升,2时出现700微克 立方米的最高峰值浓度。由于除夕夜间本市风速较小,PM2.5浓度回落缓慢,0时至6时持续为高浓度时段,平均浓度达到530微克 立方米。   除夕夜间,全市PM2.5小时最高值出现在平谷、通州、亦庄、房山、石景山等区域的空气质量监测点,浓度达到1000微克 立方米以上。同期远离燃放区域的京东北区域站、京西北区域站等监测子站,PM2.5浓度低于40微克 立方米,较全市平均值低600微克 立方米以上,突出反映烟花爆竹燃放对空气质量的不利影响。   与2015年除夕夜间相比,受扩散条件不利影响,2016年除夕夜间(18时至次日6时)PM2.5平均浓度同比上升53%,峰值浓度同比则上升69%。   破五夜北风“救驾”致烟花未造成污染   到了初五,烟花爆竹集中燃放再次对空气质量造成不利影响。12日(初五)上午,本市处于低压控制,湿度大、风速小,扩散条件整体较差,PM2.5浓度缓慢上升至160微克 立方米左右;下午西北高压逐渐靠近本市,入夜后冷空气影响本市北部地区,本市地面转东北风,局部地区伴有降水,降水对污染物有一定的清除作用;受烟花爆竹燃放影响,局部地区空气质量短时间内转差,峰值浓度出现在晚20时,为210微克 立方米;后半夜北风较大,浓度下降至优良水平。   与2015年初五夜间相   比,由于今年初五后半夜扩散条件明显转好,至初五夜间11点,城区空气质量已经回归优良水平,初五夜间PM2.5平均浓度及峰值浓度与去年相比有所下降。 责任编辑:张淳 SN182相关的主题文章:
